New Park Village TMC understand that Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) can have a real impact on how safe, happy and comfortable you feel in your home and neighbourhood. Your wellbeing matters to us, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Anti-social behaviour (ASB) is when someone’s actions make you feel worried, scared, distressed or uncomfortable.
For something to be treated as ASB, it usually needs to:

Some issues may be upsetting but don’t normally meet the ASB threshold. These include:
New Park Village TMC works closely with the Anti-Social Behaviour Unit at Wolverhampton Homes, as well as with the Police.

In an event where you feel it needs to be reported to the police you can call the police on:
When you report ASB, the Housing Services Manager will begin an investigation.
If the issue is serious or cannot be resolved by New Park Village TMC alone, we may refer it to the ASB Team at Wolverhampton Homes.
All reports are handled confidentially.
Category A – Urgent and High Risk
Includes: domestic abuse, hate crimes or incidents, physical violence, threats, harassment, intimidation, criminal behaviour.
Response time: Within 1 working day
Category B – Serious but Lower Immediate Risk
Includes: noise nuisance, drug or alcohol issues, street nuisance, vandalism or property damage (for New Park Village tenants)
Response time: Within 3 working days
Category C – Low Risk / Environmental Nuisance
Includes: misuse of communal areas, loitering, garden nuisance, litter/fly tipping, vehicle nuisance, pet-related issues.
Response time: Within 5 working days
Category D – Does Not Meet the ASB Threshold
These reports do not meet the legal or policy criteria for ASB.
However, your concerns still matter. We will:

Nuisance Behaviour
Not all problems meet the threshold for ASB. Some issues may still be disruptive or upsetting, even if they don’t legally count as anti-social behaviour.
These are recorded as nuisance behaviour.
When you report nuisance behaviour:

We aim to respond within 21 days, or another reasonable timescale depending on the situation.
Any TMO will enter into a formal legal contract with the landlord of the home. This is known as the management agreement. It details which services the TMO manage on behalf of the landlord.
